As August begins, we hope you either have been able to take some time off or have it in the books for this month. August always feels like the sunset of summer. If you are looking for a few things to squeeze into these last days of summer, August includes national mountain climbing day, national ice cream sandwich day, and campfire day. A summer bucket list with something for everyone!
The past months’ headlines have kept us all engaged: whispers of a recession, the ongoing war in Ukraine, more cases of Covid-19 popping up, extreme heat waves worldwide, and inflation. With national and international events such as these, we remain aware but keep our eyes focused on what we love doing – helping people. This month we discuss buying a house with the increase in interest rates and a little bear market education for your monthly reading list.
There will always be times of uncertainty, but the real story is what we choose to do during these times. Here at Emerald Advisors, our motivation and what keeps us going is serving our amazing clients. Celebrating milestones like graduations, buying a new home, or retiring are the moments we live for. We love helping you achieve your dreams! We like to help where and when we can. This month that includes taking part in the Children’s Golf Classic.
