Emerald Advisors is seeking an Associate Financial Planner to join our team of professionals focused on providing purpose-driven wealth management to high-net-worth clients. The ideal candidate is an individual who has or is looking to pursue a CFP designation while learning the inner workings of an independent registered investment advisor. This individual must possess high attention to detail, a fiduciary mindset, and a focus on providing world-class customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with senior team members in collecting and analyzing client data for use in developing and presenting financial plans.
- Prepare slides for client proposals and annual review meetings. Coordinate post-meeting follow-ups.
- Assist in client onboarding and account opening.
- Provide top-quality customer service including bridging interactions between clients and relevant team members.
- Develop rapport with clients and foster long-term relationships.
- Maintain client data in CRM and financial planning tools.
- Deliver financial planning advice for high-net-worth clientele.
- Develop and manage client relationships independently.
Requirements:
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks.
- Strong communication skills including written correspondence.
- Team player, collaborative, and able to work well with others.
- Passion for helping clients.
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in finance or business.
- CFP designation or desire to pursue designation
- Demonstrated ability to think critically on a strategic level, take initiative and problem-solve.
- Proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
