Emerald Advisors is seeking a Client Service Administrator to join our team of professionals focused on providing purpose-driven wealth management to high-net-worth clients. This is an opportunity to be the face of our firm through the account onboarding and day-to-day management of valuable client relationships. As a critical team member, you will contribute to a thriving business while being a part of the inner workings of an independent registered investment advisor. This individual must possess high attention to detail, a fiduciary mindset, strong organizational skills and a focus on providing world-class customer service.

Responsibilities:
· Coordinate the new client onboarding process including opening brokerage accounts, overseeing the transfer of assets, managing money movements, processing paperwork, updating the CRM and maintaining regular communications with the client along the way.
- Serve as a liaison between clients, custodian(s) and advisors.
- Aggregate and provide tax documents (i.e., 1099’s, K-1’s, etc.).
- Establish, manage and monitor client cash flows including ensuring sufficient funds for pending money movements, checking RMDs, fulfilling capital calls, establishing journals or wires.
- Become the subject matter expert for Schwab Advisor Center and Fidelity Wealthscape.
- Manage client data within the CRM and monitor to ensure accuracy.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in finance or business.
- Experience with brokerage accounts and third-party custodians such as Schwab or Fidelity a plus.
- 3+ years industry experience.
- Strong computer literacy.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, be proactive and ensure follow through.
- Strong communication skills including written correspondence.
- Team player, collaborative, adaptive and able to work well with others.
- Passion for helping clients.
- Demonstrated ability to think critically on a strategic level, take initiative and problem-solve.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain client data in CRM and financial planning tools.
- Work closely with senior team members in collecting and analyzing client data for use in developing and presenting financial plans.
- Prepare slides for client proposals and annual review meetings. Coordinate post-meeting follow-ups.
- Assist in client onboarding and account opening.
- Support advisors in managing current and prospective client relationships.
- Stay current on industry trends, regulations and best practices in financial planning
Requirements:
- 1-3 years experience in a similar role in the financial services industry
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong communication skills including written correspondence.
- Team player, collaborative, and able to work well with others.
- Passion for helping clients.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive client information with discretion.
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in finance or business.
- Demonstrated ability to think critically on a strategic level, take initiative and problem-solve.
- Proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with eMoney and/or Redtail a plus.
