Portfolio Refinements: Crypto & Global
At Emerald Advisors we continuously evaluate market conditions with a focus on aligning our investment strategies with both current opportunities and long-term financial success. With this in mind, we are making a few key adjustments to our portfolios.
Reducing International Exposure
Given the evolving geopolitical landscape, we are reducing exposure to international equities and fixed income. While global markets remain an essential component of diversified portfolios, we see greater opportunities domestically. The uncertainty introduced by recent tariffs makes U.S. markets a more compelling investment environment at this time.
Introducing a Small Allocation to Bitcoin ETF
We are also adding a modest allocation to a Bitcoin ETF. We believe the current political and regulatory environment may be supportive of Bitcoin as an asset class, and this measured exposure allows us to participate in potential upside while maintaining prudent risk management.
Staying the Course Amid Market Volatility
Recent market fluctuations have been challenging, testing the patience of investors. However, history has consistently shown that maintaining a long-term perspective leads to better outcomes. As the saying goes, “keep calm and carry on”—staying invested and avoiding reactionary decisions are critical components of long-term financial success.
We remain committed to guiding you through these market dynamics with a steady hand and strategic adjustments. As always, we encourage you to reach out with any questions or to discuss how these changes align with your financial goals.
